Product information

You must be 18 years of age or older to make an online credit card purchase for our products, as compliant with the Australian Law Reform Commission's regulations for credit card regulation.

Refund Policy

  1. If you are unhappy with a product we have supplied, we will discuss with you, a mutually agreeable means of replacing that product.
  2. An item that is defective or faulty will either be replaced or refunded according to your choice.
  3. Goods damaged in the Australia Post shipping process beyond our control, will however be replaced in subsequent orders. However, should photo evidence indicate that our packaging was at fault then Skyezone will replace goods immediately without any cost to you. 
  4. Customers are responsible for products they order, but if you wish to add or subtract an item, please contact Skyezone ASAP so we can correct the order before posting.
  5. If Skyezone is at fault in posting you an incorrect item, please notify us so we can correct our mistake & provide it to you ASAP.

Delivery Policy 

  • Skyezone uses Australia Post Express envelope satchels, unless a customer, who is paying for postage requests regular post instead of express.
  • Skyezone currently provides free potage for orders of $100 or more. 
  • Skyezone does not charge customers for packaging and wrapping posted orders.
  • The Orders screen displays the current cost of Australia Post satchels by weight. 

Time Frame

  • Orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday will be received Next Day for customers whose postcode is within a metropolitan area.
  • Orders received after 1pm Mon-Friday will be delivered within 1 - 2 days
  • Rural customers can expect their delivery within 2 - 4 days.
  • In the unusual situation where Jennifer is not in Adelaide for a day or period of time, customers will be communicated with directly by phone or email ASAP and given the option of a full refund or they may give approval for delayed posting. 
  • The website Home screen will always display a message to advise of any delay in posting orders. 
  • The customer has the right to cancel an order and receive a refund, minus bank fees, prior to our posting of that order. 
  • Overseas customer online orders:
    • Will be advised of the postal time frame expected, according to their country of origin.
    • Should currency exchange rates or an extra postage fee be required, these will be discussed with the customer on a personal basis. 

Security Policy 

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information. We do not store any credit card information; we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
