Refund Policy
- If you are unhappy with a product we have supplied, we will discuss with you, a mutually agreeable means of replacing that product
- An item that is defective or faulty will either be replaced or refunded according to your choice
- Goods damaged in the Australia Post shipping process, beyond our control, will be replaced in subsequent orders. However, should photo evidence indicate that our packaging was at fault then Skyezone will replace goods immediately without any cost to you
- Customers are responsible for products they select and order online, but if you wish to add or subtract an item, please contact Skyezone ASAP so we can correct the order before posting
- If Skyezone is at fault in posting you an incorrect item, please notify us so we can correct our mistake & provide it to you ASAP
