Head Cold Relief ~ Breathe Easy!
Experience soothing relief from head and nasal congestion, coughs, and colds. Perfect for external use only.

Directions for Use:

• Tissue Inhalation: Place 1-2 drops on a tissue and gently inhale to ease breathing, whether you have a cold or not.
• Knuckle or Handkerchief Inhalation: Apply 1-2 drops to your index finger knuckle or a handkerchief and inhale gently.

Diffusion:
Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser to create a calming and therapeutic atmosphere.

Inhalation:

1. Add approximately 1/4 cup of hot water to a cup or jar.
2. Add 2 drops of Head Cold Relief.
3. Cover all but your nose with a tea towel, close your eyes, and gently inhale the rising vapors for 1-2 minutes.
4. If the vapor weakens, reheat the water or add a few drops of boiling water. Seal the jar or cup for reuse later if needed.

Chest Massage:
Mix 6 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into your chest or neck for added relief.

Important Notes:

• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
