Shipping Policy

• Standard orders use Australia Post Express envelope satchels whenever possible
  
• Oversize or abnormal orders may revert to standard Australia Post satchels
• Skyezone currently provides free shipping for orders of $160 or more
• Skyezone uses recycled packaging materials
  

Shipping Time Frames

• Orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday will be received Next Day for customers whose postcode is within a metropolitan area
• Orders received after 1pm Mon-Friday will be delivered within 1 - 2 days
• Rural customers can expect their delivery within 2 - 4 days
  

International online orders

If you would like to place an international order outside of Australia, please contact us via email for country confirmation.
Should currency exchange rates or an extra postage fee be required, these will be discussed with the customer on a personal basis
