Head Cold Relief ~ Breathe Easy!
Experience soothing relief from head and nasal congestion, coughs, and colds. Perfect for external use only.

Directions for Use:

• Tissue Inhalation: Place 1-2 drops on a tissue and gently inhale to ease breathing, whether you have a cold or not.
• Knuckle or Handkerchief Inhalation: Apply 1-2 drops to your index finger knuckle or a handkerchief and inhale gently.

Diffusion:
Add 6-9 drops to water in your diffuser to create a calming and therapeutic atmosphere.

Inhalation:

1. Add approximately 1/4 cup of hot water to a cup or jar.
2. Add 2 drops of Head Cold Relief.
3. Cover all but your nose with a tea towel, close your eyes, and gently inhale the rising vapors for 1-2 minutes.
4. If the vapor weakens, reheat the water or add a few drops of boiling water. Seal the jar or cup for reuse later if needed.

Chest Massage:
Mix 6 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into your chest or neck for added relief.

Important Notes:

• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Our small‑batch botanical chews are crafted with propolis from our own South Australian apiary. Unlike brittle hard‑crack candy, these chews have a firm, resin‑elastic texture that softens slowly and releases flavour as you enjoy them.
Fudge has a softer, melt in your mouth texture.

Each batch begins with freshly harvested botanicals, steeped overnight, then finished after cooking with propolis, bright sweet‑orange top notes, and warm Madagascar clove for a citrus‑spice lift.

Madagascar clove is prized for its rich, rounded aroma, warm, sweet‑spicy, and naturally uplifting, adding depth and balance to the resinous character of propolis. The result is a uniquely aromatic chew that feels both modern and old‑world, with a flavour profile that unfolds gently as it warms.
