How Does It Work?

TO EAT
1/2 to 1 teaspoon per day for 3-4 days then take a 2-3 day break. Mix into shakes, fruit juice, cereal, porridge, homemade bread etc.

1. Add into your current face mask, or use neat mixed with a hydrosol or water as a face mask.
2. Apply Face mask evenly to your face & neck & leave it on until you feel your skin tighten slightly as it dries (about 5-15 mins.) Rinse off with warm water & pat dry with a clean towel. Repeat this twice a week to reduce the size of your pores and leave your skin feeling revived & fresh.
